I’m so happy, I totally had an amazing workout today. I wanna see if I can do that “burn more calories than you eat” thing. I always feel like its impossible, but I wanna see If I can do it! I already worked out today. I feel like I should take a nap, then eat lunch then workout again, then wait, and workout out AGAIN tonight, then eat dinner c: its possible…I just wanna see if I can do it! I ran this morning, this afternoon, I’d do my last day of level one 30 day shred, then tonight do some Pilates, or Zumbaa!
